About

The Petřín Lookout Tower is a steel framework tower on Petřín Hill, resembling a miniature Eiffel Tower, offering spectacular panoramic vistas of Prague. Standing at 63.5 meters tall, it was built in 1891 for the Jubilee Exhibition. Although significantly smaller than its Parisian counterpart, its elevated position on Petřín Hill makes it a prominent feature of the Prague skyline. Visitors can climb the 299 steps (or take an elevator) to the top to enjoy unparalleled views of Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, Old Town, and beyond. The surrounding Petřín Park, accessible by funicular, also makes for a pleasant stroll before or after visiting the tower, adding to the experience.
